real food

No matter how much protein, fat, or carbohydrates your body gets, it still needs vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and micronutrients to function — to process, build muscle, and move freely.

THE NEW STYLE OF LIVING

We live in an age obsessed with health and wellness — yet distant from nature itself. We have set aside what nature offers us to give our attention to the industrial, the chemical, and to a culture based on the consumption created by powerful industries.

Fortunately, we are becoming aware that it is not enough to follow this fabricated model, and that there are other means of healing through the natural and what we have always had at our fingertips.

I created this brand from my own experience of healing through living foods — in harmony with a balanced mind and body. It’s about living joyfully, embracing what we love, and finding health and well-being not through restriction, but through connection, pleasure, and balance.

Cheers to a good life.

balance

When these nutrients fall out of balance, and there is a lack of micronutrients and enzymes from real, living foods, the excess macronutrients become harmful instead, causing a range of problems and diseases.

The lack of these micronutrients and enzymes - found in "real", live food - even if for a short period of time, sum their harmful effects, requiring even more vitamins, minerals, and enzymes to resolve the intoxication generated, and added to the time.

These nutrients are also necessary for slowing the effect of aging, preventing exhaustion and obesity, improving skin and hair conditions, and promoting vitality and a healthy, clear mind.

nothing beats good immunity

In this research I came across cold pressed vegetable juices, greens and fruits (as if it were a cold soup but much more nutritious as it does not involve heat or oxidation of the food and are extremely refreshing) I discovered a universe of information about healing (including cancer) through juice treatments, so-called non-curable diseases (extreme cases of psoriasis and intestinal diseases), and brought more balance to my lifestyle with live nutrients and a more alkaline and healthier body, irreplaceable by any other non-natural method .

Much more than a food

The liver is an organ through which nutrients pass before being metabolized and absorbed by the rest of the body. In this process, fundamental for digestion, many toxins are lodged in the organ, which are expelled through sweat, feces and urine. Several diets end up overloading the liver (often adding medications that overload the liver and substances that further worsen the absorption of nutrients by the body). For this reason, the fresh liquid full of micronutrients and enzymes is ideal for detoxifying and not overloading the system, which is already compromised by excess toxins.

Solid food takes an average of 3 hours (even cases of more than 6 hours) to ferment and lose the assimilation of micronutrients present in food, essential for proper functioning of our body and metabolism.

Unlike what many nutritionists often claim — that fiber is always beneficial — its impact largely depends on the type of food it’s found in and how it is consumed. When we talk about fresh, organic vegetables, free from pesticides and rich in enzymes and nutritional value, nutrient absorption can actually be even more efficient when these foods are liquid cold-pressed.

The confusion surrounding natural juices and the sugars in fruit often comes from industrial methods used to extend shelf life — processes that strip food of its living properties, leaving it unbalanced and overly sweet in the absence of its natural counterparts, such as enzymes.

Pasteurization, for instance — though necessary for preservation — destroys much of a food’s nutrients and living properties. In addition, chemical additives introduced during processing — often poorly regulated — don’t always appear on labels, further compromising the quality of the final product.

When we measure only macronutrients, it becomes a very flawed metric — because if the goal is true health, or even weight loss, foods rich in carbohydrates can actually support weight loss more effectively, as they contain micronutrients and enzymes that assist in the body’s chemical and metabolic processes.

The Food Industry Myth

If the goal is health — and often weight loss — foods rich in carbohydrates can actually be better for losing weight, as they contain micronutrients and enzymes that support the body’s chemical and metabolic processes.

When we evaluate food only by its macronutrients — carbohydrates, proteins, and fats — we overlook an essential part of the equation: the nutritional quality of what we eat. Comparing foods solely by calorie count or macronutrient content is a flawed metric, especially when the objective is true health or weight management.

Many carbohydrate-rich foods, for example, can be more effective for weight loss than so-called “low-carb” options, precisely because they provide micronutrients and enzymes that promote key chemical and metabolic processes essential to the body’s proper function

mission

My proposal is to bring these fresh, living, and true blends — in their purest state, untouched by heat or structural modification — cold-pressed (and not hyper-pressed HPP!), organic, free from pesticides and chemicals.

Living food, with its vital energy intact and in its most absorbable form, made accessible to as many people as possible.

This is just the beginning — a larger journey toward a new lifestyle and paradigm. One that I hope to make easy, tasty, and practical for many, while inspiring a future that is better, more transparent, and delicious.
